In Victorian times, it was not uncommon for watch chains to feature part-marks for individual links on the chain – partly decorative and partly as a guarantee for the material.
In these examples the bracelets are comprised from different chain styles, with the flat facets featuring the part marks. In common with many BUNNEY pieces, the marks are used decoratively rather than concealed.
