Cancelling your order

To cancel your order before it has entered our shipping process, log into your customer account.

Once your order has been shipped, you may return your purchase for a refund. 

Returning an Item 

For customers located in the United States, we offer free returns via FedEx or UPS.

To return an unwanted item for a refund, please click here to visit our return portal.

Returning an Item Outside of the United States

Please kindly note that we are unable to refund any customs or import fees of the order. 

For customers located outside of the United States, please contact e-shop@dsm-ny.com to request an international return. Please include your Order Number & Email attached to the order.

If the order is within its return window of 14 days from the delivery date, our team will provide you with an invoice for the return fees and the return label, once the invoice is completed. Once you have received this, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.

You cannot return goods without submitting this request and we reserve the right to refuse / return unidentified returns to the sender.
