Cancelling or Changing an Order

An order may only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After 15 minutes, the order will enter our shipping process and can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible items may be returned for a refund after delivery in accordance with the DSMNY E-Shop Return Policy.

To request a cancellation, please email e-shop@dsm-ny.com or call 212-604-0010. Please include your order confirmation number.

If you need to change your order or any of the items included, please cancel the order within 15 minutes and place a new order. We are unable to modify an existing order.
