Cancelling or Changing an Order

In the effort to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time before your order is fully processed and unable to cancel. Please note cancellation requests are not guaranteed and certain styles are excluded from cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please email e-shop@dsm-ny.com or call us at 212-604-0010 as soon as possible or before 2PM EST and provide your order confirmation number.
