Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Our standard operating days are Monday through Friday, with delivery by FedEx and UPS on weekdays from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. EDT. Please allow 24–36 hours for orders to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. EDT on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. 

Shipping Rates

Ground: $10, FREE over $125 – Delivery within 1-5 business days

Express: $15 – Delivery within 1–3 business days when the order is placed before 11:00 A.M. EDT. Weekend delivery is not available. Orders placed on Friday before 11:00 A.M. EDT will be delivered between Monday and Wednesday.

Overnight: $30 – Delivery on the next business day when the order is placed before 11:00 A.M. EDT. Weekend delivery is not available. Orders placed on Friday before 11:00 A.M. EDT will be delivered on Monday.

International Shipping Rates

International orders are shipped via DHL.

Europe: $30 – Delivery within 3-7 business days

Rest Of The World: $40 – Delivery within 3-7 business days

Free International Shipping on all orders over $250

*For shipments going outside of the United States, please note that applicable customs or import duties are calculated at check-out and added to your order total.

Free shipping exemptions: Please note that certain products are not eligible for free shipping. Where applicable, fees will be calculated at checkout

All shipments over 3 boxes do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated at point of sale.

A Direct Signature is required from the recipient at the delivery address on all orders valued at $500 or more. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery; Direct Signature Required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.
