For customers located in the United States, we offer free returns using FEDEX.

To return an unwanted item for a refund, please click here to visit our return portal.

Returning an Item Outside of the United States

For customers located outside of the US, please contact e-shop@dsm-ny.com to request an international return. Please include your Order Number & Email attached to the order.

You can also click here to start the return process and request a RTV number.

RTV numbers must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once an RTV number has been requested, the DSMNY E-Shop will reply with your RTV number. Once you have received this, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.

You cannot return goods without this number and we reserve the right to refuse / return unidentified returns to the sender.
