Returning Defective Items
We are sorry if you have received the wrong item or if you think the item is defective.
Please send a message to e-shop@dsm-ny.com and we will be happy to help. Please ensure you send us the Order Number, Email attached to the order and Image of the item you received within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Please note, faulty item returns will only be accepted if the item was delivered to you damaged on arrival.
